As of the 8th March 2011, Morrisroe Group have acquired a majority holding in Houston Cox Eastern and Houston Cox Central.
This is an extremely positive accuisition which broadens our combined capability within the construction inductry. It also provides opportunities for Houston Cox including increased financial strength, strong leadership and access to new markets.
